Your Move

The world changes. Your move.

It’s 1777, and the man about to hang for passing letters to the British is a corporal with three children in Danbury. He didn’t write them — your own agent did. Your agent feeds the British just enough to keep their trust, and brings back where they’ll march next. Clear the corporal and you burn your agent. Say nothing and the corporal hangs Friday.

It’s 1986 in Miami. The jewelry exchange on Ocean Drive was the biggest score of your career, and you swore under oath you were home all night. Now a detective slides a photograph across the table — you, in the vault’s service alley, timestamped four minutes before the alarm tripped. What do you say?

It’s 2028, three days after coordinated high-altitude EMP strikes took down the country’s grid. Your building’s old diesel generator — no electronic ignition, nothing to fry — is one of the few things still running, and it has six hours of fuel left to power either the water pump or the medical fridge holding a neighbor’s insulin. Forty people are asking which one you’ll choose. You’re not reading about it. You’re the one who has to decide.

No predetermined path. No single right answer. No two stories have to end the same way.

YOUR MOVE — 90 SECONDS

We need a decision. Now.

No signup. One scenario, real information, one decision — and a look at what the world does with it. This is one of hundreds of moments like it.

The reservoir valve fails in 15 minutes, no matter what you do. Riverside General has 40 patients on ventilators and backup power that’s already flickering. Eastgate Apartments has 1,200 residents in a heat wave with no working AC. You can only protect one district’s water pressure — you’re choosing who loses it first, and for how long.

Not a movie. Not a quiz. Not a game with four buttons.

Your Move puts you inside a living situation with people, information, pressure, limited resources, hidden motives, and consequences. The world responds to what you actually do.

Nothing lands in isolation. The ally you saved may owe you later — or resent how it happened. The lead you ignored can surface again, worse. Ripples move through history, crime, and everything between: some you’ll see coming, some you won’t.

HOW IT WORKS

The world doesn’t wait for you to pick A, B, or C.

Your Move is powered by an AI-driven world engine that tracks what you do, what you ignore, who you trust, what you ask, and how you respond under pressure. The world changes around those decisions — sometimes immediately, sometimes much later.

It remembers how you play.

With memory enabled, Your Move carries what it learns from one decision into the next.

Ask experts early, every time? The next world may make expertise harder to find.
Move fast on limited information? Speed helps you here — and costs you elsewhere.
Avoid uncertain social situations? The world can make that blind spot matter.

You control difficulty. It controls variation.

DifficultyHow hard the world pushes
MemoryHow much it remembers
AdaptationHow differently it responds

Memory isn’t there to make you lose. It’s there to keep the world from becoming predictable.

EXPLORE

Play different kinds of worlds

Same engine, same Director, same memory and difficulty controls underneath every one of these. What changes is the era, the documents in your hands, and what’s actually at stake.

History

Step into consequential moments without being forced to repeat history. Sometimes one variable changes.

Engravings, campaign maps, wax seals.

Mystery & Investigation

Interview witnesses. Request evidence. Follow leads. The truth exists before you begin.

Case files, evidence boards, analog photos.

Survival & Collapse

The lights go out. The roads close. Supplies run low. What do you do next?

Emergency maps, radio logs, ration ledgers.

Expedition

Lost places, dangerous routes, limited resources, competing objectives.

Field journals, topographic maps, ship’s logs.

Power & Politics

Campaign. Govern. Negotiate. Build coalitions. Handle scandal. Face opposition.

Newspapers, polling graphics, briefing folders.

Crime & Underworld18+

Investigate the organization — or build one.

Sodium-vapor streets, newsprint, surveillance photos. Age-verified at entry; violence and drug content are depicted, never endorsed.

War & Command

You know how the battle ended. What happens when you’re the one in command?

Field reports, situation maps, radio traffic.

IN DEVELOPMENT

More worlds ahead

Espionage. Courtroom & law. Heists. Disaster response. Exploration. Horror. First contact. Dynasties that span generations.

DIFFICULTY

Decide how hard you want the world to push back.

Harder worlds don’t cheat. They give you less certainty, tighter resources, more conflicting information, and less room for error.

StoryGuided pacing, generous margin for error — built for a first world or a slower evening.
StandardBalanced stakes and information — the world pushes back, but rarely without warning.
VeteranTighter resources and margins — mistakes cost you, and there’s rarely a clean second chance.
ExpertLittle certainty about anything — sources conflict, and you rarely know what you don’t know.
BrutalNo safety net. The world plays for keeps, and it won’t slow down to let you catch up.

SHORT EXPERIENCES

Stories

Want to know if you'd have survived as a pirate captain in 1720? Or held your nerve as a bomb disposal officer? Step in, live it, find out — one sitting, then replay it differently.

PERSISTENT ROLES

Lives

Do not just visit the precinct, the ship, or the campaign trail — live there. Build a career as a detective, an explorer, a captain, a politician. People remember what you did last year.

SHARED & PERSISTENT

Worlds

Thousands of human and AI characters, living and scheming inside the same world at once — one you can step into and out of, and it keeps going without you.

PROFILE — CONCEPT PREVIEW

Every story adds to your profile.

Worlds entered, endings discovered, titles earned, relationships that outlast a single run. See what it looks like after two years of play.

HORIZON

We’re starting small because the destination isn’t.

Today, Your Move begins with individual playable experiences. The destination is much larger: living worlds filled with humans and AI, where decisions accumulate and history changes.

Groups & Live

Bring a world into the room — retreats, conferences and facilitated live events.

“The fiction can be brutal. The platform cannot be abusive.”

Depicting a world is not endorsing it. Characters may be enemies. Players are not.
